Daryl-Evans Racing hosted the 2011 BC Cup Finals on Dec 3rd which was a great success. The course included a set of stairs that we purpose built for the venue, lots of off-camber grass, the sand pit and lots of short steep climbs to make for a sick and twisted sort of fun that only CX racing can provide. We also included the killer commentary from Josh Weiss, awesome prizes including 3 Rocky Mountain framesets and a pair of XT wheels, neutral support in the pits and Cycling BC provided everyone with warm food from the Chili Tank.
This race was the Finals for the BC Cup Series and included double points as an added incentive to come out and race, the final points tally can be viewed here.

BC CX Championships
Brian, Jason, Matt, Josh and Jeff show off their muddy legs and bikes after the Masters 30-39 category of the BC CX Provincial Championships. The venue was pelted with rain for the days prior to the event and for most of the morning making the course extra muddy and challenging, but the sun popped out about half way through the noon start for our race. Jason rode to a 4th place finish making him the fastest Daryl-Evans Racing team member of the day.
All efforts will now focus to the BC Cup Finals hosted by Daryl-Evans Racing on Dec 3rd at the South Surrey Athletic Fields.
